Security services
Are your guards SIA qualified?
Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a current SIA licence for the role.
Should I use guards, a CCTV tower or both?
Towers cover large areas overnight for less. Guards handle gates, deliveries and people. Many sites use a tower with patrols or alarm response. We will price each option so you can compare.
Getting started
How quickly can equipment be on site?
We aim to quote within one working day and deliver within a few working days depending on location and stock. Your quote confirms a delivery date.
Do I need power or internet on site?
Not for our solar towers, site alarms or solar turnstiles. They bring their own power and connect over 4G/5G. Permanent premises systems use your mains and broadband.
Do you install?
Yes. We supply, install and support across the UK. We can also supply equipment only for your own installer.
Hire
What is the minimum hire term?
To be confirmed. Typically one week for towers and site alarms.
What is included in a hire?
Delivery, set-up, the equipment, SIM and data, remote access, and maintenance for the term. Monitoring is optional.
Can I extend or end a hire early?
Yes. Extensions are agreed by email. Early termination terms are in your hire agreement.
Buy
What warranty comes with purchased equipment?
Manufacturer warranties apply and are stated on your quote.
Can you maintain equipment I own?
Yes. Service and support packages are available for purchased systems.
Are prices shown online?
Not yet. Build a quote and we will send pricing for hire and purchase. Online ordering is planned.
Technical
How long does a solar tower run without sun?
Several days to two weeks depending on the model and season. We size the battery for the site and the time of year.
Is footage stored on site or in the cloud?
On the recorder by default, with optional cloud backup.
Can a monitoring centre watch the cameras?
Yes. Alerts can be routed to an approved monitoring centre for a verified response.
Compliance
What are my obligations when using CCTV?
If cameras view public space or capture people, you need signage and a lawful basis under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The ICO publishes guidance for CCTV operators. We supply signage with every system.
